3M™ Wrap Film Series 1080 / 2080 are long-term, removable, dual cast films designed for solid colour vehicle detailing, decoration and full wraps without graphic protection. They are suitable for application on to flat surfaces, simple curves and moderate compound curves.
These films provide excellent opacity to hide high-contrast surfaces, have some resistance against petrol spillage and are extremely resistant to all atmospheric influences, including water.
3M™ Wrap Film 1080/2080 uses 3M™ Controltac™ and 3M™ Comply™ technology:
- 3M™ Controltac™ minimizes the initial contact area of the adhesive and allows the applicator to reposition the graphic during application. This effects easier installation of large formats in a wide temperature range.
- 3M™ Comply™ features air release channels allowing fast and easy, bubble-free installation of graphics.
- 1520mm wide and sold by the metre in a continuous length.
